No one likes long, detailed documents but here we are.

Welcome to Mimicr AI ("Mimicr", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mimicr AI website and services (the "Services"), including the AI chatbot that mimics a user’s writing style.

By accessing or using Mimicr AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

1. OVERVIEW

Mimicr AI is a tool that allows users to input writing samples to generate responses in a similar tone or style. The Services are currently offered in a beta version, which may include bugs, delays, and incomplete features. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using Mimicr AI, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Mimicr AI attempts to replicate a user’s writing style based on provided samples. The system leverages language models and inference APIs to deliver generated text. However, all outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be imprecise, biased, or incorrect.

We emphasize the following:

  • Claims made on our website (including accuracy, performance, or response quality) are not guarantees. They reflect general goals or expected outcomes and should not be interpreted as legally binding assurances.

  • Response delays may occur. Due to the nature of large language models, server load, and processing time, responses can be delayed, and this is explicitly mentioned on our site.

  • Outputs may vary significantly depending on the input. Mimicr AI does not warrant that results will be consistent, grammatically correct, or stylistically accurate.

4. BETA ACCESS

Mimicr AI is currently offered as a free beta service. However, we reserve the right to modify or terminate access at any time, without prior notice or explanation.

Important notes:

  • Beta access may be revoked at any time without warning.

  • Free access may be replaced by a paid subscription plan in the near future.

  • Users will be notified of pricing changes via the website or email (if subscribed), but we are not obligated to provide advance notice before terminating free access.

5. USER CONTENT

By uploading or inputting any text samples to train Mimicr AI, you represent that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.

  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your inputs solely for the purpose of generating responses within the scope of the Mimicr AI service.

We do not use your content to train the underlying AI models (e.g., Microsoft’s or OpenAI’s models). However, content may be logged temporarily for debugging or performance monitoring.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to:

  • Use Mimicr AI to generate harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the underlying AI infrastructure.

  • Use the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, or malicious purposes.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

7. NO WARRANTY

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses

  • Availability or uptime of the platform

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mimicr AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Services.

If liability is found, our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 3 months, or $10, whichever is greater.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, you lose access to any personalized content or saved sessions.

11. PRIVACY

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. While we do not use your content for training, we may log interactions for monitoring or analytics purposes during beta.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (New York jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
